By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you affirm that:

  • You have the authority and legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

a. Account Creation:

To use our package return services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

b. Account Security:

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Use of the App

a. Permitted Use:

You may use the App to initiate package returns, schedule pickups, track return shipments, and manage your return history in compliance with these Terms.

b. Prohibited Conduct:
  • Providing false information or creating multiple accounts.
  • Misusing promotional offers, discounts, or referral programs.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing delivery personnel, customer service representatives, or other users.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or submitting false return claims.
  • Attempting to manipulate or abuse the return system.

4. Returns and Payments

a. Initiating Returns:

Return requests must be submitted through the App and include accurate package information. Once a return is scheduled, it cannot be modified unless approved by our customer service team.

b. Payment Terms:

Return shipping fees, when applicable, must be paid via the available payment options in the App. We are not responsible for payment processing issues caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Package Return Policy

a. Return Process:

All returns must follow our guidelines for proper packaging and labeling. We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our safety and handling requirements.

b. Failed Pickups:

If a pickup fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional fees may apply for rescheduling. Multiple failed pickup attempts may result in cancellation of the return request.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages to items due to improper packaging by users.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the declared value of the package or the maximum coverage specified in our insurance policy.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
